Please read carefully before requesting a return.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items only. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the order confirmation, or within 3 days of receiving the order.
Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In original condition
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Damaged items (customer caused)
- Items with missing parts or packaging
- Sale or promotional items (final sale)
- Any item not meeting hygiene standards
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Return process
- 1.Email us at miamibeautywholesale@gmail.com
- 2.Receive approval and return label (RMA)
- 3.Ship item with RMA clearly marked
- 4.Inspection takes 3–10 business days
- 5.Refund issued if approved within 3–5 business days
Defective or wrong items
Report within 3 days of delivery with photos. If approved you will receive a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
- Subject to up to 50% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs may apply
- Processed within 15 days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If unavailable, store credit will be issued with no expiration
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Allow 1–2 billing cycles for processing
